Every year, the miracle of breeding gives brewers new hops, and it's hard not to try what they've managed to get their hands on. Talus is a new hop from Yakima Chief, a hop that promises an unbridled grapefruit profile, with hints of fruit and a bit of pine needles. Did our new hop turn out to be just that? It's citrusy and crisp. We added Mosaic to the pair to make this combo sing.
