The second release in our series of Ukrainian terroirs, beers with wild Ukrainian yeast. The most unpredictable ingredient in beer and the most interesting. This time, the yeast comes from Kyiv's Rusanivsky Gardens, where SvarZavar caught it.The same wort, the same direction - wild, sour, funky - but the difference is so pronounced compared to Bakhmut, the strength and power of the yeast.
