A Flanders brown ale that has a rich history at Varvar Brew. Two-thirds of this beer was aged in steel for more than three years. After that, it was blended with one third of a young beer aged for one year in a red wine barrel. It has a typical brett aroma: pickled apples, autumn leaves, and hay.
