Did you know that the barbarians love Transcarpathia? Mountains, meadows, nature, swift rivers, centuries-old forests. And we have a long and warm friendship with the guys from Tsypa. And when Martin came up with the idea of a joint brew in January 2022, how could we resist? And who could? Fragrant Carpathian honey, smoked malt, and oak barrels! We aged the Barleywine in oak barrels until April 2023, after that we lovingly bottled it and kept for a little longer. It turned out to be smoky, sweet and warming, with notes of biscuits, prunes and herbal honey.
