Our birthday beer is strong, but you also need something light for the holiday, so the obvious idea of adding ripe summer fruits to the beer did not escape us this time. It's going to be a punch! We took fresh Berliner Weisse as a base and gave it different "fillings". This version is made with wild berries: blueberries and blackberries.
