Amalgam, a blend of our wheat and rye base that has been well worked on by Brettanomycetes and Lactobacillus. We aged it in an oak red wine barrel for over a year to create a dry, sour and tart wild ale with an aromatic bouquet of cider apples, citrus and green grapes.
